I’m Emily, a CRM marketing professional who’s spent the last 7+ years deep in email, and honestly, there’s nowhere else I’d rather be. (In the marketing realm, at least).

My experience is rooted in using email to bridge the gap between customer experience and conversion. Whether that’s helping someone succeed in a new hobby or building long-term loyalty through clear, consistent communication and relevant content.

I’m especially drawn to the technical side: mapping complex post-purchase automations, building smart segmentation and send strategies, managing integrations and complex data-flows, and dialing in dynamic content until everything renders exactly right. I care about the details most people gloss over, because that’s where performance is won or lost. I don’t just build emails, I build email systems.
